Rhythm of the Earth
My spiritual mission is to sing, dance, drum, and play in the highest vibration of love with all beings.
In my humble opinion, as we open our hearts in gratitude and a belief in the oneness of all, we create an opening for Spirit to flow through us. In that space, boundless creation is possible. It is a lifelong dance.
Join me online for many live vibrational healing experiences, including a monthly drum circle, shamanic teachings, sound healing, one- and two-year shamanic apprenticeships, ceremony, and lots of love. We have resumed in-person gatherings in both Landenberg, Pennsylvania and Southern Pines, in the Sandhills region of North Carolina, and some gatherings continue online. I welcome your presence, your hugs, and your willingness to share your soulful energy with me and the other circle members.

Year One walks the four quadrants of the Medicine Wheel, as visioned and taught by the late Sun Bear, a Chippewa elder. Each quadrant is a season of six gatherings with its own animal guardian, element and medicine.
- Year One: begin with whichever quadrant is opening now (Eagle, Coyote, Bear or Buffalo) and walk all four, in any order.
- Year Two: once all four quadrants are complete, the practitioner training opens to you.
- Begin with Self-Healing Through Shamanic Journey, the one-time prerequisite.
“I can create those.”
As I began to attend and ultimately teach ceremony, I noticed the medicine tools being carried by the old ones. I was drawn to handmade, one-of-a-kind drums, rattles, feather smudge fans, and medicine bags, and I thought, “I can create those.” So I do (and have for decades), and I now offer them to you, with love, honor and respect for the old ways, and the beings who live again through my creations… that will become your medicine. Aho!
No animal dies to make one of my medicine tools.

People walking the earth today are on a tremendous spiritual quest. We are following a path of awakening. We are embracing unity, peace, and harmony for ourselves, our families, our communities, and the Earth Mother who supports us all.
Consciousness-transforming practices such as simple rhythmic drumming, meditation, chanting, sound healing, sacred dance, ceremony, and shamanic journey experiences can put us in touch with these energies. Come… walk down the path with us… circle, generate and amplify your true and highest purpose.
