Past Life Regression · Private Session

Private healing session · online or in person

During this session, you will be regressed using hypnosis to discover a past life that might shed some light on an illness, fear, or pattern that you carry this lifetime. Often, these patterns have no discernible connection to your life. But when seen or understood during a past life regression, spontaneous healing may occur.

What to expect

We talk first about what you would like to understand. Then I guide you gently into a relaxed, hypnotic state where memories and images can arise. You remain aware and in control the whole time. Afterward, we take time to reflect on what you experienced and what it might mean for you now.

In person, you will simply rest on my massage table, which is covered with an Amethyst BioMat, a gentle and enveloping warmth that is both soothing and powerful.

This session may call to you if…

• You carry a fear or pattern that seems to have no source in this life
• You are curious about your soul’s longer journey
• You would like a fresh way of understanding something you have carried for a long time
